The People’s Liberation Army continued on Friday its Joint Sword 2024A exercises around China’s Taiwan island, a spokesperson said on Friday morning.
Li Xi, spokesperson for the PLA Eastern Theater Command, said in a statement that the exercises involved integrated actions both inside and outside the island chain, aiming to test the combined capabilities in seizing control, joint strikes, and area dominance.
